Bug Description

Hi,

for /var/lib/sudo, it would be useful to set a mode to the bind-mount as the default is too permissive (sudo complains); adding a facility to add mount options for any writable-paths seems best.

Will attach debdiffs.

    should use "defaults" for temporary mounts and "none" for persistent
