ubuntu-emulator should pass a random number between 1-254 to -shared-net-id option when launching the emulators, ideally numbers should be all different on a given machine. This will also randomize the MAC address, which we need to randomize because of whoopsie. I wonder if there is some other way to seed unique ids to whoopsie.
