Bug Description

The ubuntu-emulator-runtime setups up emulated devices with the same MAC address - 52:54:00:12:34:56. This is somewhat problematic as whoopsie uses the MAC address to create a system identifier which should be unique to the system. Since the system identifier is not unique we know have crashes collated to a user / system which is not all the same system. You can see these crash reports at:

ubuntu-emulator should pass a random number between 1-254 to -shared-net-id option when launching the emulators, ideally numbers should be all different on a given machine. This will also randomize the MAC address, which we need to randomize because of whoopsie. I wonder if there is some other way to seed unique ids to whoopsie.

I know because I created a new emulator instance and had that id in /var/lib/whoopsie/whoopsie-id.
