A CVE page currently has navigation that suggests the CVE has an overview, code, bugs, blueprints, translations, and answers. But it does not.
1. Go to a CVE page, such as <https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/cve/2007-3791>. (If it OOPSes, add your details to bug 136689.)
What you see:
* The location bar says "Home > CVE reports".
* The structural heading says "CVE-2007-3791 (Candidate)".
* None of the tabs are active.
* The main heading says "CVE-2007-3791".
* The Actions menu is missing its background color.
What you should see:
* The location bar says "Home".
* There is no structural heading: this page uses the same overall layout as <https://bugs.launchpad.net/>.
* "Bugs" is active.
* The main heading says "CVE-2007-3791 (Candidate)".
* The Actions menu is pink.
Matthew, this bug has been marked In Progress for quite a while. Do you intend to finish it, or should it be reassigned?
