Bug Description
STEPS:
1. Flash vivid 84+ onto you mako/manta/flo
2. When the welcome wizard start run though it
3. At some point in the wizard or just after the volume osd with popup
EXPECTED:
I don't expect to the the indicator popup randomly
ACTUAL:
At some point in the boot process post flash the sound indicator osd pops up.
