Please merge checksecurity 2.0.16+nmu1 from Debian unstable

Note that I do not believe a FFe is necessary, as all changes upstream are either bugfixes or cosmetic changes to the debian/ files.

    are system based filesystems
  * debian/po/tr.po: Add Turkish translation provided by Mert Dirik
    (Closes: #759874)
