Bug Description

1. Go to <https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org>. Observe the number of bug reports returned.
2. Click "Search". Observe the number of bug reports returned.

What should happen: The numbers should be exactly the same.
What actually happens: They're different.

I run into the same thing with ubiquity (currently, total number: 563; search for nothing: 520). This is particularly noticeable because searching for nothing and changing the ordering drop-down is the only visible way short of URL-editing to change the order of the bug list.
