libsmbios doesn't support SMBIOS version 3

I'll ask internally to verify nothing else is needed for libsmbios 3.0 support and when we can get a new release made.

$4, I've uploaded 2.3.1 release into yakkety (pending AA acceptance) and your debdiff into xenial.

Accepted libsmbios into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libsmbios/2.3.0-0ubuntu1.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

$4, can you test this on the system you had w/ smbios 3.0 to make sure it's sufficient?

2.3.0-0ubuntu1.1 works.
