console-conf should hide WLAN keys from logfiles

Bug Description
while the subiquity debug log is currently readable only by root on disk, you need to make sure to edit your wifi credentials from it before submitting it to bug reports ...
subiquity should replace the passwords with XXXXX when logging so users submitting bug info do not have to edit it.
