For kinetic beta milestone and allow migrating these packages to release pocket. It fixes apparmor regressions present in the kinetic-release kernel, and would be very useful to have in the beta milestone.

For the record given that 15.15 is on the current images and has received a fair bit of testing the release team has decided not to unblock the kernel and respin everything.
