Binary package hint: xsane

The .desktop file provided by xsane 0.995-3ubuntu1 fails to validate with desktop-file-validate.

$ desktop-file-validate xsane.desktop
xsane.desktop: warning: key "Encoding" in group "Desktop Entry" is deprecated
