FF exception request: jockey UI update

Bug Description

In jockey trunk I changed the GTK UI of jockey to add the license and support status of a driver, as specified in https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/jockey-printer-driver-support .

While I was at changing the UI anyway, I also incorporated some very valuable feedback from Matthew Thomas to improve usability and the workflow. The driver list is much simpler now and it is more explicit where to change things. It now looks like this:

There are still a couple of glitches in that (mainly spacing), but the general workflow and layout will not change any more after this for intrepid.

Permission to upload this to Ubuntu, too? (Sorry, due to lots of distractions I did not manage this before FF).

If/when this is approved, I will notifiy ubuntu-docs@ about this, so that screenshots and documentation can be updated.

For the record, I object to the wording "Install and turn on", though.

  * New upstream release, Alpha 1 of upcoming 0.5:
    - GTK user interface shows support and license status of a driver now.
      (jockey-printer-driver-support blueprint).
    - Refurbished workflow and look of the GTK user interface according to
      Matthew Paul Thomas' recommendations. (LP: #268163) Corresponding
      changes to the KDE UI are in the works, and will be merged soon.
    - Uses X-Kit instead of guidance-backends now, update dependency.
      (LP: #269057)
    - Fix a few regressions of the PyKDE 4 port.
    - Add support for recommended driver versions in the case of multiple
      different available versions (such as with the Nvidia driver).
