There are mainly bugfix releases of clutter, clutter-perl and
clutter-gtk we should pull in.

clutter-gtk 0.8.2 is out and appears to have one new feature,
so requesting a freeze exception for that task.

Is there a need for a soname bump? Can you please check if netbook-launcher needs to be rebuilt, and if so if it still works with this new version?

It's just API addition, so it's a shlibs bump. I'll do this before upload if I get
the ACK.

netbook-launcher won't need to be rebuilt, but I will test that it works both
ways due to the point in the release cycle.
