[Intrepid] "Get Help Online" in dolphin and Konqueror do not work

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdebase

To reproduce:

1. Open Dolphin or Konqueror --->Help--->Get help Online
2. Nothing happens

Kubuntu 4.1.2
Ubuntu Interpid Beta
Konqueror 4.1.2
Dolphin 1.1

That would be a bug in the launchpad integration patch in kdelibs. Assigning it's author. (Ok, well the dude who ported it to KDE4)

This works for me in both apps.

This could be one of a couple of things:

1) is launch pad reachable from your system at the time this problem occurs? (try opening your browser to the following link and see if it works as expected: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/intrepid/+sources/kdebase/+gethelp
2) it relies on /usr/bin/launchpad-integration from package launchpad-integration. Can you verify this application is installed and runable on your system? Run this (which launchpad-integration) and see what it returns. Then try (launchpad-integration -P dolphin) and it should retunr info about dolphin.

Let me know the results of the above. Setting to incomplete for now.

Installing launchpad-integration fixed the bug. Looks like kubuntu doesn't install it by default. I tried installing a fresh daily kubuntu image as of 15/10, and launchpad-integration is not there.
