Bug Description

Localized currency is always set to USD. Attaching a simple patch.

Okay, committed your fix and added a regression test for this as well, although the tests now require the ru_RU locale to be installed (or those particular tests will fail). This seems fine though, I don't know how you could test locale issues without the locales installed.

Wait a second, does this affect 0.4 too? How did I possibly miss that?! I guess it does, I'll merge that backwards. I guess I'll have to release 0.4.0.3 (I need a translations sync anyway) and update the PPA and Jaunty.

This needs an Ubuntu task when launchpad wakes up.
