Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

Some of the packaging related files in the debian/ directory need to be updated. The attached patch takes care of making a few changes to the debian/copyright and debian/control files. Someone who knows more about what files need to be installed and which files don't should look at some of the other files in the debian/ directory.
