Packaing work required to make the import fly: mozilla- devscripts/ lp-locale- export. mk to exports the template (en-US.xpi) during build. Currently launchpad won't auto import translations, so after you uploaded a new webfav, remember to upload the webfav.xpi renamed to each locale that is included. e.g. assuming webfav.xpi has translations for "de", upload it to launchpad after renaming it to "de.xpi"
webfav needs to use /usr/share/
