Binary package hint: webfav

If webfav is in main, we should allow Ubuntu translators to translate it.

Packaing work required to make the import fly:
webfav needs to use /usr/share/mozilla-devscripts/lp-locale-export.mk to exports the template (en-US.xpi) during build. Currently launchpad won't auto import translations, so after you uploaded a new webfav, remember to upload the webfav.xpi renamed to each locale that is included. e.g. assuming webfav.xpi has translations for "de", upload it to launchpad after renaming it to "de.xpi"

added langpack-o-matic to reflect that po2xpi transformer needs to be able to process multiple xpis (e.g. firefox/firefox-3.5, webfav, etc).

This bug was fixed in the package webfav - 1.15-0ubuntu2

The template is in the import queue.

Since this is not a normal pot file I will ask for David or Arne to approve it.

I had not actually realized that the templates had been created already, thanks for the heads up Adi.

In general, although the import seems to have been implemented, since the export from Launchpad is not functional in the package yet, we do not want to expose the strings to translators, as we still don't have a way to ship translations in e.g. language packs, and we do not want to make them believe they'll be used for now.

At the moment, the only webfav translations which are used are those in the package itself, for ca. 30 languages.
