the original (wrong) line is:

but it should be:
application/
see the »espi« < vs. > »epsi« ?!
# lsb_release -rd

I think you are right, I can confirm this in older versions too. if somebody try to reproduce this problem in karmic would be nice because in this moment only have Jaunty's and Hardy's
