Bug Description
Binary package hint: usb-creator
I choose not persistant in usb-creator, but afterwards the stick has "persistent" in syslinux/text.cfg. This makes the boot fail, since it can not find the loop file.
I am not sure if it is something with this stick, but it happens again when I rerun usb-creator. I can see the empty isolinux directory being created and later be replaced by the syslinux directory, so I am pretty confident the text.cfg is written anew and is not something left over.

This bug was fixed in the package usb-creator - 0.2.8
---------------
usb-creator (0.2.8) karmic; urgency=low
* Modify adtext.cfg as well when adding options to the syslinux
configuration (LP: #317059).
* The persistence value is no longer passed around as a string. Fix a
check that assumed it was. This was causing the persistence option
to always be written (LP: #436207).
