ubiquity not starting in kubuntu install only mode

My guess is that we need to tell the session dbus daemon that applications running as root are allowed to talk to it. (We have to raise privileges to initialise KApplication, because otherwise it doesn't let us use it as a setuid process.)

This bug was fixed in the package ubiquity - 2.1.32

  * Automatic update of included source packages: apt-setup 1:0.42ubuntu3,
    user-setup 1.28ubuntu4.
