Mistake in deluser.conf manpage

This is a good catch. There will be a patch available shortly.

The deluser.conf manpage has also been changed, so that they both refer to the hash sign (#).

The attached patch makes the documentation consistant. Should this character be described as 'pound' or 'hash' though?

hash. The pound sign is "£"

The manpage for adduser.conf has been fixed, can you rediff the patch for Gutsy?

As described in the previous comments, your report lacks the information we need to investigate the problem further. We'll close this report for now - please reopen it if you can give us the missing information.

Apart from uploading it in Ubuntu, it'd be nice if we could get the change Upstream and/or in Debian. Can you forward the patch?

I think it would be best just to submit this patch to the Debian BTS. There doesn't seem to be a great deal of point for us to carry a patch for this in Ubuntu. Malcolm, would you be able to do that ?
