Bug Description

Binary package hint: software-center

Ubuntu Software Center 2.1.21, Ubuntu Maverick

1. Navigate to "Fluendo DVD Player", and choose "Buy".
2. In the sign in screen, choose "Find out more", or "Source code for this service", or "AGPL".

What happens: You end up on another Web page with no way back.

What should happen: either
* Ubuntu Software Center uses a sign on dialog rather than a Web page; or
* the Web page does not contain any links other than "Cancel" and maybe "Choose your language"; or
* any links other than "Cancel" and "Choose your language" open in your default Web browser.

I was about to file the same bug. I would recommend the third suggestion mpt made (open them in the default web browser)

Just checked in Maverick and confirmed this is fixed. External links now open a new browser dialog (although not in my preferred browser - but that's a software centre thing afaik). Marking as "Fix released" for SSO

In the branch linked we now open all external links in the default browser.
