Bug Description
This has happened to me several times since upgrading to Edgy - though it does not seem to be reliably reproducible.
Closing a chat window with an active messaging session in it causes the window to go grey, but doesn't close. When the close button is then clicked again, gaim just crashes completely.
This occasion was unusual because usually a bug report dialogue does not appear.

Thanks for your bug. Might be a duplicate of bug #69491 which has a debug backtrace. Could anybody with a powerpc installation install gaim-dbg and run apport-retrace on the crash file to get a debug backtrace?
