I guess yes, these msgids aren't in any other files (lo-build.pot or other files which do not use gettext now).

The import of lo-desktop template has failed because the header of the POT file is lacking three lines at the very beginning:

@Aron Xu: Does "lacking three lines at the very beginning" mean even before the header? or right after the header?

This is how it should look.
