Bug Description

Update the 'Force Quit' dialogue to use sheet style dialogues.

Description:

This change has been inspired by the following posting: http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2011/01/force-quit-with-style-yo/

However instead of blacking out the program window we should use a 'sheet style' dialogue for this design. See https://chinstrap.canonical.com/~johnlea/sheet_style_dialogue.png.

Required deliverables:

A visual design showing the use of 'sheet style' dialogues in this context
