Devices under the Devices tab don't necessarily have a sync service

Bug Description
This is another string one :)
After talking with Cristian, we noticed that the little line on the "Devices" tab reads "The devices synced with your personal cloud are listed below." This is incorrect since the devices don't necessary have a sync service (for example Music streaming to my iPhone isn't a sync service).
In this way, the string should read "The devices connected with your personal cloud are listed below."
