Just tried to install a program from add/remove and got the crash.

Hi, what crash? There should have been a file name mentioned (something like '/var/crash/...') - which you should attach to this as an attachment.

Thanks Rob,
I thought I attached it but evidently not. I have it shut down now and will
bring it back up tomorrow after work and attach it to this email and resend
it to you. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks for the help.

I was going to but it shut down and did not generate one. I have not been
able to duplicate as of yet. Currently working on a sound card issue and
TRYING to learn more about Linux. Thanks for the reply but as for now I
guess just close this log and will try again if it happens again. I need to
find a good book to read on Linux that might help too :)
