Aliases for console-setup to reduce size of boot parameters

Bug Description

It would be nice to provide aliases for console-setup related preseeding options to reduce the size of the kernel boot parameters. This would be especially relevant for the following options:

console-setup/ask_detect
console-setup/layoutcode

These are needed in the kernel boot parameters when preseeding from a remote file because the installation prompts for these options before the network is configured.

Thank you, Marc. I can't change the Alias, but you found my answer on how to skip that step (finally!)

This issue would be greatly mitigated if the auto=true preseed parameter functioned as it does in debian. (By deferring the keyboard setup until after the network setup, so that it can be preseeded)

For the record, you don't need to preseed console-setup/ask_detect. It's automatically preseeded to false if keyboard-configuration/layoutcode (as it is now) is preseeded.

This bug was fixed in the package preseed - 1.49ubuntu1

---------------
preseed (1.49ubuntu1) oneiric; urgency=low

  [ Max Bowsher ]
  * In 'autoserver' mode, fetch the preseed file for 'oneiric' instead for
    'wheezy'. LP: #681396

  [ Colin Watson ]
  * Change the "keymap" alias to keyboard-configuration/layoutcode, since
    Ubuntu uses console-setup (LP: #74829).

To follow up on my previous comment regarding auto=true - it did not fully work in maverick because console-setup had not been merged in the maverick cycle and was missing changes needed to operate with other parts of d-i correctly.

It now functions correctly in natty.
