Bug Description

Pbuilder resets the PATH in the build environment while calling dpkg-buildpackage which breaks icecc and ccache or rather makes it impossible to use them in pbuilder.

Looks fine, thanks! I'll upload this. I just tweaked the changelog slightly to explicitly mention the name of the patch author, since I think that's usually good form.
