Bug Description

Feature Request: When choosing wind-speed in "Knots", direction should be in degrees.

As a private pilot, I have yet to find a weather applet that reports the wind direction in degrees rather than in using North, South, East, and West. For instance, if the wind is blowing out of the west, a weather applet should report that the wind is "270".

It just occurred to me that, if a person wants their wind speed in knots, they're probably an aviator, a mariner, or someone else who wants precise information about the weather. On the other hand, I don't know if the wind direction is reported to the indicator-weather in degrees, or in the format that is commonly used.

(A bit of background: In aviation, the runway number is the direction of the runway in degrees from magnetic north, with the 1's digit removed. So, if my local airport happens to have runways 24 and 6 (same strip of pavement, different directions), and if the wind is blowing from 270 at 15 knots, I'll be flying off of runway 24 with a 7.5kt crosswind component. This makes it easy to decide if I want to go fly some touch-and-goes today. However, I've never found an applet that reports the wind direction in degrees.)
