Bug Description

Attached is a patch to add dbconfig support to Keystone. The patch is based on the lp:~ubuntu-server-dev/keystone/ksl branch, but is probably easy to adapt to the current Keystone branch.

Updated patch which also fixes a typo present in current version, "keysone-manage" instead of "keystone-manage" for the database sync process.
