Bug Description

The update that I propose has mostly bug fixes, but there is a small amount of functionality included as well, as per the git log attached.

This update improves the accessibility of password text entries in QT apps, as well as QT menus. The menu fix also improves unity-2d quicklist accessibility.

Relevant logs and diff attached, package installs fine.
