[FFe] [UIFe] Checkbox Qt does not contain a comments field

ACK. as long as this can land before Beta 2 Freeze, and the docs team doesn't have any issues we can't work around, fixing this regression makes sense.

We don't have any information about Checkbox in the Ubuntu system docs, so no objections from the Docs Team.

It would be nice if we did have a mention in the docs though!
