DC++ 0.880 is out

A new testing release of DC++ 0.880 is now available with speed optimizations to modern hardware and Windows versions, a new public hub list and better handling of cached hub list servers; also restores frequently updated GeoIp database service for proper showing of all peers' country information.
This version is under public testing cycle and will be sporadically advertised for those who's running the latest stable release. If no serious issues reported it'll marked stable within a few weeks.
