Bug Description

Version in Feisty (3.8.3-6) fixes bug explained at http://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/id3lib3.8.3/+bug/54136

Builds perfectly in prevu (both dapper and edgy), tested with EasyTag in Edgy without problems.
