Activity Log Manager 0.9.1 - 'Fix the Dolphin'

* Gradient added to [+] and [-] buttons
* Change tarball, desktop files, binary and library name from alm to activity-log-manager
* Confirmation dialog before deleting history
* Added folder icon for blacklisted paths

* Translation framework is not yet working
* Folder blacklisted list should be enhanced to match with the prototype

  Fix by making sure that paths are escaped before being blacklisted

  * Removed the prefix 'file://' as File.get_uri() already does that
  * Make sure that malformed uri does not make the application crash
  * Blacklists with malformed uri are not shown
