Install OpenStack Compute section needs to talk about XenServer

Bug Description

We need a guide for XenServer and XenAPI users.

This can link to the XenServer installation section:
http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/admin/content/introduction-to-xen.html#xenapi-install

The following distro specific guides should be extended to describe the modifications needed to run the XenServer DomU control domain:
http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/admin/content/installing-openstack-compute-on-debian.html

Specifically, Debian Wheezy may well have xcp-xapi and it's own set of OpenStack packages that could be useful:
http://packages.debian.org/wheezy/nova-xcp-plugins
http://packages.debian.org/wheezy/nova-compute-xen

Ubuntu 12.04 and beyond also includes xcp-xapi.
