XenAPI network docs incorrect around network_driver

Bug Description

The network_driver was replaced by the vif_driver a long time ago.
We need to update the docs (essex and trunk) to reflect this.

    Fixes bug 1027066 by changing network_driver to vif_driver

    The XenAPI docs incorrectly mentioned the network_driver flag
    when it should have mentioned the vif_driver flag
