Bug Description

python-cmd2 was added to files/apts/general in Change I5cf6772c6fa1c813efa4993bd0461c45bbaae4ea.
cmd2 requires pyparsing, but pyparsing does not installed automatically on Ubuntu 12.04 precise.
How about adding "python-pyparsing # dist:precise" to files/apts/general?
It is important to fix this since quantum client also uses cliff framework.

I thin this is originally a Ubuntu bug.

This problem no longer exists in the current devstack and should be taken care in python module dependencies rather than devstack, so I mark it invalid.
