Bug Description
to help users more easily use the CLI with the L3 extensions, we were thinking that it would be a good idea to add the following commands:
quantum net-external-list (runs net-list with router:
quantum router-port-list <router-id/name> (runs port-list, filtering with device_id equal to specified router)
