Automatically add Debian package maintainers to their own team

Bug Description

Launchpad knows when someone is the Debian maintainer for a package used in Ubuntu. It would be helpful to automatically add them to a "Debian Package Maintainers" team by default.

(Originally suggested by Raphael Hertzog. See also bug 30954.)

I understand the advantages of creating this collective idea of "Debian Maintainers", however making them a team can cause political problems, similar to what we have already faced in the past.
Most of debian maintainers are not really interested in LP and how will they react if bugs start to be assign to this team (we can't avoid it atm)
I'm sure there must be more advantages than disadvantages in this proposal, but it would be nice if we can discuss it a little bit more with the related parts.

Also, if we had such an auto created team, we'd want to make absolutely certain that no one subscribed it to a bug or made it a support or bug contact. These are people we really don't want to piss off.
