strange icon after setting package upstream link

Bug Description

After setting an upstream link on https://beta.launchpad.net/ubuntu/feisty/+source/openssh/+edit-packaging, I got a message saying "Upstream link updated, thank you!" with a no-entry icon: the page source says it's inside a <p class="error message">. This is a notification of success, not an error message, and it should not be displayed as an error message.
