Bug Description

<https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/netspeed/0.13-1ubuntu1> has a description that contains an URL, but Launchpad has not turned it into a hyperlink.

URLs in descriptions are almost always going to be the result of "Homepage" pseudo-header prior to moving it to the 3.8.3 standards-level official header. This bug should probably be renamed to "Link to upstream homepage".

Then yes, launchpad has turned it into a link, but clicking on it you will find that the link is broken :) So closing this one as invalid. Thanks.
