On install from live CD after umpteen unsucessful attempts (btw weather should be spelt wether - not rainy)

Where do you see the word "weather"? By the way, the correct spelling would be "whether", not "wether". :-)

I realised MY mistake too after I sent it, so I'm a dummy too!!! Wheather is on the initial Report page just above where the body text for reporting the bug is.

We are closing this bug report as it lacks the information, described in the previous comments, we need to investigate the problem further. However, please reopen it if you can give us the missing information and feel free to submit bug reports in the future.

It appeared to be a particular problem with 6.06. 7.04 has now been installed and is running fine.

Please close the report and I apologise for the lack of information due to Ubuntu failing to mount the hard drive.
