This will pick up a few bugfixes from Debian that I think are worth having in Raring.

If one writes a patch to call dpkg-vendor and substitute provides in the dh_gencontrol call, then we might get exim4 in sync with debian. I'll open a separate bug about it.

    - debian/control: Don't declare a Provides: default-mta; in Ubuntu,
      we want postfix to be the default.

    bypassing of SPF validation by using special mailbox names. (Thanks to
