switching between cameras inverts and reverses images

Bug Description
Device: Nexus 4
Image: 20130418
Steps to reproduce:
1. open the camera, take a picture with the front facing camera (on the back side of the phone)
2. touch the icon to switch to the rear facing camera (the one that points back at you)
- The image will be upside down
3. take a picture of yourself using the rear facing camera
4. touch the icon to switch to the front facing camera
- The image on the screen will be reversed
