Please upgrade to new upstream version 3.9

This will happen in Hardy Heron when we merge the Ubuntu and Debian packages.

This bug was fixed in the package squeak-vm - 1:3.9.8-3ubuntu1

  * debian/copyright: filled in a little and pointed to GPL-2 instead of GPL
  * debian/squeak.menu: updated ( Apps->Applications)
  * debian/squeak.desktop: added
  * added transitional dummy packages for squeak-image and squeak-sources
  * Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
    specification.
