manpage refers to obsolete inisqueak

Bug Description

The man page (link) for inisqueak should probably be removed, as the script has been replaced by "startsqueak".

It would be nice if the references to "inisqueak" were replaced with a description of "startsqueak" once the script has been finalised. Note that in contrast to inisqueak, startsqueak seems to copy the image to a fixed directory location rather than the current directory. Therefore, the "Simply 'cd' to the directory..." line would have to be rephrased.

inisqueak should be going away so this should be taken care of for sure.

    specification.
