"Password:" label is cryptic on confirmation page

Bug Description
Quick usability "bug" when signing up for a new account. After clicking the link in the email to complete registration, this page is a wee bit confusing.
The Password prompt is (slightly) confusing. At first, a user will wonder "what *is* my launchpad password?!". Then the user realises that this is to *set* the password.
The text should be changed to say "Desired Password" or "Set a New Password" or something that is a bit more guiding.
