Bug Description

[Impact]
The new microreleases of tracker (0.16.2-0.16.4) fix a large number of gnome bugs and add support for upower 1.0.
Please update trusty to this version (utopic has tracker 1.0). A complete debdiff is attached

  * functional-tests: No longer need to install DConf profile in /etc
  * utils/sandbox: Hugely improved version from Sam's original and now written in Python
                   Allows prefixes for binaries, separate data stores and separately
                   configured locations for content indexing

Accepted tracker into trusty-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tracker/0.16.4-0ubuntu0.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.
