Bug Description

If I switch the primary display (i.e. after plugging my laptop into a larger HDMI display), plank correctly moves to the new primary display. However, the PressureReveal edge is still present on the old display and not on the new primary display.

Restarting Plank updates the PressureReveal edge, but it should definitely update when Plank moves. :)

Update: this also affects changing the monitor Plank is displayed on manually (i.e. changing `Monitor=` to any other value, or doing so from within Switchboard).
